Patriotic Poke Cake Recipe

border="0" alt="patriotic poke cake" hspace="5" width="200"
height="170" align="left"/>This patriotic poke cake makes a fantastic 4th of July dessert recipe that tastes as good as it looks.

Unlike most poke cakes, this one is not made with Jello. Rather, the filling is a red and blue tinted coconut milk. The coconut milk adds moisture and incredible flavor to this delectable cake.

A garnish of fresh raspberries is the perfect topping to this patriotic cake.
