There’s a new reality TV show in town, and this time, it’s about advertising. It’s called The Pitch and it’s coming to you via AMC. Every week, two medium-sized ad agencies pitch against each other for a piece of legitimate business. You’ll see the pressure-cooker environments, and the work that goes into a real pitch. Which may be old news to you, but it’s an ABOUT TIME moment for the rest of the viewing public, who think advertising is like Mad Men crossed with Keeping Up With The Kardashians. I’ll be watching.
