A Georgia restaurant employee is being praised for her kind deed after she helped a customer cut his pancakes.
In a video captured by Dallas Smith Jr. of Sylvester, the man can be seen struggling to eat his pancakes at a local Huddle House one-handed when the employee approaches and begins cutting them for him.
“She was on the other side of the counter and she saw that he was trying to cut his pancakes and she said, ‘I’ll get it’,” Smith told ABC affiliate WSB-TV.
“It was kind of a warm feeling in there anyway because everyone knows everybody,” Smith added. “It threw me so far off guard when she did it. For me, it was just a blessing to see.”
Smith’s video is resonating — it’s been viewed nearly 100,000 times on Facebook and counting since it was posted on Wednesday.
