The exciting night-golf event made its debut at last year’s British Masters supported by Sky Sports, while this week’s event under the floodlights at the Atlantis Hotel is the third of its kind this season.

Race to Dubai leader Tommy Fleetwood makes his Hero Challenge debut in the one-hole knockout contest, with world No 5 Jon Rahm and BMW PGA Champion Alex Noren also taking part.

Rafa Cabrera Bello returns having played in a similar event ahead of the Scottish Open, while Thomas Pieters, Ian Poulter and Haotong Li completing the eight-man field.

Alexander Levy won the inaugural Hero Challenge last year, with Patrick Reed winning the event in Scotland in July and Lee Westwood taking the title last month at Close House.
