Anti-Macron protesters have taken to the streets of the French capital on Saturday.
The French are rallying against President Emmanuel Macron’s policies in the spheres of labor, education, environment and immigration. The action was organized by left-wing political parties and unions. They called for a march near the Elysee Palace.
A number of protests have been held to express opposition to the president’s labor reforms which cut the power of trade unions and allow for easier layoffs of workers.
