The draw for next year’s World Cup in Russia has taken place in the heart of Moscow. As fans across the globe have already been taking bets on who’s set to get to the play-off, Sputnik looks at which teams have been drawn together and where some of the key group games will be played.
The World Cup draw has taken place in Moscow and now football fans know who they are playing.
Spain and Portugal were drawn together in Group B, along with Iran and Morocco. The hosts, Russia, were drawn against Uruguay, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. England were drawn in the same group as Belgium, Tunisia and Panama. Germany, the holders, were drawn against Mexico, Sweden and South Korea.
Argentina were drawn with Nigeria, Croatia and Iceland.
